Project Description:
Minor modification request to allow for a home addition and accessory living area conversion along the eastern lot line.
The newly proposed wing of the main home and its eaves will maintain more than the required 4.5-foot setback from the eastern side lot line, where 5 feet. The deck to the northeast of the existing home structure will be at a 4.5-foot setback, where 5 feet is required. Additionally, the applicant is requesting a roadway setback of 95-feet from County Road 54G where 100-feet is required.
The eaves of the existing residence are already approved for a variance under Plan Case No. 21-ZONE3147 and will not be expanded.
