Project Description: Site Plan Review to legally establish a sawmill and a fleet services operation on the property. The property contains a single-unit dwelling and an accessory living area that are proposed to remain. Appeals have been requested to the paving requirement found in Section 4.6.7.E.1 of the Land Use Code to allow the continued use of unpaved parking spaces and access drives and to the landscaping requirements found in Section 4.7 to not require additional landscaping.
